Potato Salad


Was hankering for some yummy, cholestrol laden salad and potatoes salad comes to mind. With lots of mayo and a bit of mustrad for the added kick. Also throw-in some chili flakes.Originally called for celery to be added , however i substituted with bell pepper. Good enough to satiate any cravings !Adapted from Old Fashion Potato Salad from All recipes. Still got some leftovers in the fridge, anyone?

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion (big onion)
5 cloves of garlic(diced)
1 bell pepper (diced) - i only have the green one
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoon prepared mustard
ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions
1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender for about 15 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop.
2.Bring water to a boil , in a pan, place the eggs; and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Rinse under tap water, peel and chop.
3.In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, bellpepper, onion, , garlic salt, salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.
