kenkadang tekak nih rasa plak nak makan ala2 western terutamanya meatball. Selalu kalau teringin makan kat Secret Recipe lah, tapi kan dier nyer sauce tuh rasa cam bland jer sket, tak pun makan kat Pizza Hut..hehe yang ader meatball yang comel2 dan liat ( melantun garpu den ari tuh ), tapi sauce dier kena lah selera ader masam2, pedas2 sket.. memandang kan asyik duk komplen jer bila makan kat luar nih so sesekali tuan rumah pun layan lah buat sendiri, nak pedas ker nak masam lebih ker.. semua boleh kan..pas tuh boleh letak mushroom bebanyak..nyumm nyummm.. meatball tuh pun dipelbagaikan perisa..ehhe siap campurkan ngan mustard..hehe..cubalah kalau brani resepi yang agak giler ku ini... Untuk Kuahnya. 2 sudu besar minyak kelapa / zaitun. 1 peket serbuk Maggi Spagetthi Bolognese 1 ulas bawang besar kuning Holland. Siakap Goreng Cili Api

Bahan -Bahan 1 ekor ikan siakap 2-3 biji bawang besar-potong bulat 3-4 ulas bawang putih-ketuk2 cm 3-4 biji lada hijau- dihiris 3-4 sudu cili padi kisar ( kalau nak podeh lotaklah lobih laei yo ) 2 sudu besar perahan asam jawa 1 sudu teh sos ikan Cara-Cara Ikan digaram-kunyitkan seketike dan kemudian digoreng hingga masak garing, angkat.Tumis bawang putih tadi hingga kekuningan, masukkan bawang besar dan lada hijau. Masukkan cili api kisar. masak hingga terbit minyak.Masukkn garam, sos ikan dan air asam jawa . kacau sbati hingga sedikit pekat.. .Tuang atas ikan. P/S: sila abaikan gambar tempe goreng tuh..walaupun den budak minong den pun suko gak makan tempe goreng nih, penuh protein :). Sajer tempe tuh nak inter-frame lam gambar nih...konon nak bagi a balance meal ler.. :)

Brownies With Almond

here we go again, another round of brownies points for me..:). If you notice this is the 2nd postng for brownies this month. Why I like baking brownies ?well maybe because its the simplest form of chocolate thingy for me, just to the liking of my sweet tooth plus the fact that its easy to bake and there are nedless variations which you can try. You can add ingredients like chocolate chips, sweets, all kinds of nuts..even dried or mixed fruits. It also travel weel , perfect gifts when you are visiting. So here is another recipe that I adapted from All Recipes , Absolutely Best Brownies , Enjoy! Nih yang dipanggil kek orang malas, sungguh senang dari segi bahan2 dan cara2 nya. kek nih setengah adunan sebenarnya, kalau nak makan 3-4 orang ok lah tuh.. dier lembut dan moist..lembut jer lalu kat tekak..tak caya? cuba lah dulu..lepas tuh bagi tau the result erks..Gambar pun tak sempat nak posingkan kek nih lawa2..as is jer..saper nak makan potong2 lah sendiri.. janji habis.. Shepherd Pie Ala Labu

Ni lah makanan yang jarang dapat kat kedai2, kenkadang jumpa gak dalam mangkuk alumunium yang comel2 tuh tak puas makan. kalau ikut resepi asal, shepherd pie nih selalu guna daging cincang, tapi sebab ikut tekak tuan punya blog letak jer lah ayam cincang.. kalau nak lagi rasa letak jugak lah ayam yang didadu kecik2.. kalau tengok kat AllRecipes tuh memacam versi shephered pie nih ader yang suka berkuah sikit , ader yang suka kering.. for me..suka yang lembab 2 sikit suka kenalah ngan kentang putar tuh. Sekarang nih..untuk menyenangkan lagi kerja ada instant mashed potato, cuma ditambah air atau susu dan sedikit mentega (lagi sonang kojo makcik). For a simple fudge and chewy brownies, to satiate that sweet tooth... for extra crispiness you can toss in some nuts or even chocolate chips.. as you like it.. INGREDIENTS 1 cups caster sugar 3/4 brown sugar 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 2 tablespoons golden syrup ( sirap kencana ) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup chopped nuts ( I omit this ) DIRECTIONS In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Combine oil, eggs, golden syrup and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Fold in nuts if desired. Spread in a greased 9x 9-in square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Sometimes you just wish for a home made crunchy chocolate cookies that reminds you of Famous Amos cookies... well wish no more, with this excellent recipe you wont have to break the bank to enjoy them. Its delicious, sweet and crunchy..just what the family's love.Cant remember where I found the original recipe though, but the dough does make quite a lot of cookies , so if you are a light eater (or on a diet) better halved the recipe here... dah lama duk intai resepi kek nih..intai intai , intai dan intai...heheheh berape kali intaintah..dah berape kali keluar barang . masuk keluar barang masuk..ader jer aral bila nak try resepi nih... akhirnya digagahkan jugak nak buat Kek Prune Kukus resepi Leen Omar dari resepi.net nih. resepi asal prune tuh di kisar halus dengan sedikit air, aku lak tukar sket caranyer ( pepandai jerkan hehe) , rebuskan prune tuh ngan apple juice kejap then blend ler, bagi masam sket.. Kek nih memang best dan tak muak makan..yang best sebab ader rasa2 masam tuh lah kot.. aku kukus selama sejam setangah dan hasil nyer sunnguh moist dan gebu.. marilah sama2 memcuba.. yang nih resepi asal nya.
