Curry Tuna Casserole

Jum layan resepi tuna pasta yang telah dimelayukan menjadi tuna pasta berperisa kari yer..siap letak cili haris lagi...  memang best sebab  letak cheese jugak..so belum cuba belum tau yer... Resepi saya ambil idea dari ALLRECIPES jer... inilah yang telah dilakukan kepada stock tuna dalam tin hari tuh, yang separuh nyer telah dibuat tuna burger..





Curry Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

1 package medium seashell pasta
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
11/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 chilies, chopped
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup mixed veggie
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a loaf pan with 1 tablespoon butter.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.

In a large skillet,heat oil over medium-low heat., saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chili powder and curry powder and simmer for a while. Add tuna and mushroom. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour the milk and cheese  and stir.Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cooked pasta and mixed throughly. Spoon into a baking pan. You can sprinkle with cheese if you like.


Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lighly browned. Best served hot.
 
 
my half eaten pasta... now i am hungry again looking at this.. need to bake some soon.... nyum nyum
