PANDAN CAKE & CUPCAKE






Was looking for something pleasing to the palate and eyes, belek2 resepi skali nampak plak pandan cake yang kaler green pucuk pisang, dan hati terus tertawan. sib baik bahan2 semua ada so the project was on. Two of my nephews were at home coming to visit their atuk and nenek, the yougest one being 4 years old was is really into this baking thingy. He insisted on helping me dumped all the ingredients including the eggs, and to say that his mother is not amused at the mess on his clothes afterwards.

KEK MENTEGA PANDAN
270 gm mentega
230 gm gula kastor
5 biji telur B
60 ml santan segar @kotak 1 sudu besar ( saya pakai fresh milk jer)
1 sudu besarpes pandan
2 sudu besar air pandan ( kalau ader lah- lagi masyuk)
240g tepung kek@ tepung gandum
1/2 sudu teh serbuk penaik
green colouring ( ikut suka)
Cara Membuatnya : 1. Putar mentega dan gula hingga gebu dan putih selama 10 minit. 2. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji sambil dipukul hingga sebati. 3. Masukkan santan dan pes pandan sedikit-sedikit hingga sebati dalam adunan. 4. Tepung diayak bersama serbuk penaik dan masukkan sedikit sedikit ke dalam adunan diatas.Diikuti dengan kelapa dan gaul sebati. 5. Griskan tin pembakar empat segi atau bulat berukuran 9 inci dan lapik kertas serap minyak. 6. Tuangkan adunan kek kedalamnya. 7. Bakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan ke suhu 180 darjah celcius selama 45 minit.
