Our Experimental trip-part One

I recently went on a trip to Thailand, at first it was just a banter among us on the FB  and Whatsapp ( ahh the marvel of modern technology) saying that we need a year end trip preferably one which involved diving, a few places were bounces around..at at last we pick Koh Lanta. Truth be told we know nil about this place except for the information gleamed from the WWW. Luckily we have a friend working part time over there during the high season. As with many others planning things did not really materialize as we wanted it to be..from four pax we are down to three but the trip must go on and so we heed forth to Koh Lanta with our backpacks on our back( or two because  we include my laptop and  dslr camera to boot)

The trip itself took six hoursby bus from puduraya we depart slightly before twelve and arrived at Bukit Kayu Hitam checkpoint after five ( ermss I was asleep  most of the journey, blame it on fatigue because I was traying to finished as many workload as i am able befor ethe scheduled trip) , immigration at Malaysia / Thai border took about an hour  to complete since there are number of buses to be cleared on that Friday morning. So far the transport part to Hadyai went smoothly. however the next leg of the trip was several level short of nightmare ... we were supposed to be picked up by van arranged by an agent directly to Koh lanta. however the  van failed to materialized and we were forced to make an ad hoc arrangement by our own. We `asked the person at the Alisan office to find us van to Koh Lanta since the last van will be leaving by two and prior arrangement have to be made. We were charged an exorbitant price of RM&0 for each person whereby the usual price is around 55 thb only, but hey beggars cant be choosers and so we were told to wait until 1 pm for the van to pick us up. Since It was only about 11 am Thailand time we decided to do some window shopping around town. And off we go  me and wanie specifically. wan tagged along..pity him :)

Kem Lubuk Semak, Ulu Dong Raub- Bergumbira2

Acara jalan2 makan2 dan mandi-manda bersama geng2 old timers ku. Destinasi.. kem Lubuk Semak, Ulu Dong, Raub., Pahang.Jumaat 28 May 2010. Pergi 4 kereta..haha semua naik asing2 ler..first time aku drive sampai Raub tuh. Ceritanya dari labu..gi singgah ke Saujana Impian,ambik Ina, then singgah  Gombak isi minyak, then singgak LRT Gombak ambik abg Mie, the..lemak Rnr Toll Gomabk...panjang sungguh perjalan aku.. .. yang nyata nyer... dah masuk jeram yang sejuk nyaman itu tak mo naik sampai semua kecut woo..tuh belum termasuk aksi2 terjun tiruk, back flip , front lip dan jatuh terjelup flip lagi. The BBQ by Amir is definitely excellent too. Cheers to you guys.. P/s : ada antara gambar nih dicilok dari FB Amir Ridzwan dan Encik Hisham yer.. mekasih. lain kali korang organize lagi. Kuih Seri Muka

Perhatian  , perhatian..sebenar nye kuih nih mak saya buat jer..haha anak dier sanmgat rajin, rajin nak ambik gambar nak upload kat sini jer.. aper-aper pun saya sangat suka kuih nih..especially tang lapis atas yang letak kaler ijau  daun pandan itu..lemak2 manis. satu peringatan kuih nih kalau letak dalam peti ais , bahagian pulut kat bawah tuh akan keras.. ( belajar dari pengalaman nih..huhuhu ), jadi tak yah letak kat esbok yer..letak kat luar jer tahan gak dua hari.. mak buat kuih nih sempena harijadi adik aku kat rumah  hari sabtu lepas 6 hb November yer. Aku kagum ngan mak aku, takder main sukat2  punya, agak2 jer jer semua..tau tau dah jadik..ishhhh...masterchef betul , yerlh dah 70 tahun lebih duk buat kerja masak -memasak nih..i lap you very much mak.. kepada sesape yang berkenaan atu mengidam kat kuih nih sila lah ambik resepi kat bawah nih yer..
