Mini CheeseCake

Was looking for something cheesy but in a small a quantity, furthermore there's only a packet of cream cheese (250g) in the fridge, definitely not enuff for a fullfledge cheesecake. So while going thru the recipes in the websites come across these petite yet delish cheesecake. The resepi was adapted from skyblue at My Resepi. The original yield 12 mini;s , mine only yields 10, and i also add a lil bit of sourcream...simply sedap! 120g biskut, hancurkan 60g mentaga, lembutkan 250g cream cheese 1/2 cawan gula halus 1 biji telur 1/4 cwn sour cream 1/2 sudu kecil esen vanilla Strawberry filling Cara-cara Panaskan oven pada suhu 175C. Lapiskan muffin tins dgn paper cases. Gaulkan biskut dgn butter, masukkan 1 sudu besar ke dalam setiap paper case dan tekan2 biar padat kat bawah. Masukkan cream cheese, gula, vanilla and sour cream ke dalam mangkuk besar, pukul sehingga jadi cream. Isikan setiap paper case tadi dgn adunan cream cheese, biar 4/5 penuh. Bakar selama 20 minit. COKLAT CHIP BADAM COOKIES

My nieces and nephews were back to kampung during the recent school holidays. This is the best time to bake, because these hungry hordes will gobbled up everything ( tuh yang best tuh). Sesekali dia org balik semua dah panjang mengalah sayup ke atas. The most requested item would be chocolate chip cookies with everything in - etc chips, nuts, raisin. Buat dua balang the next day dah tinggal setengah balang jer... Since everybody has their own recipe for this treat so tak payah lah nak tepek resepi kat sini... layan mat jer lah..( gambar pun tak berape cantik ehheh)

GLAZED LEMON BUTTER CAKE

My alltime fave cake, something buttery and lemony with a sweet glazed for my sweetooth. Heaven! For a crunchier taste add some poppyseed and wallaa.. The picture were taken when i brought some to the office , dah senget duduk dlam tupperware tuh. Here's the recipe... 3/4 cup butter, softened 2 cups all purpose flour (tepung gandum also can) 3/4 cup plain yoghurt Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tsb salt, 1/2 tsb baking powder, 1/2 tsb baking soda 1 cup sugar 3 eggs Lemon glaze Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius, butter and flour 1 9 inch round pan ( or any other pan you wish). In a small bowl combine yoghurt, with leom zest and juice. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda into another bowl. Cream the buter wit sugar until light, add eggs one at a time.Alternately add dry ingredients mixture with the yoghurt mixture in 3 parts until smoothly combined. KEK NIH MAK REQUEST MASA KENDURI ATEH KAT KAMPUNG recently, rasa best tapi tak puas hati dier nyer appreance sikit kureng! tak sempat pun nak letak lawa2 dlm pinggan nak ambik gambar sebab tengah busy. The basic butter cake recipe ambik kat allrecipes from Kentucky Butter cake then modified sikit. 21/2 cwn tepung gandum / all purpose 11/2 cwn gula halus 1 sdk garam 1 sdk baking powder 1/2 sdk baking soda 1 cwn buttermilk ( sometimes i sub with milk or sour cream) 1 cwn butter / marjerin 2 sdk vanilla extract 4 telur 3 sudu besar serbuk koko ( diayak) sedikit perwarna merah DIRECTIONS Panaskan oven 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). . Ayak tepung dengan baking soda dan baking powder. Putarkan gula dan butter hingga kembang dan berkrim (haha!). Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan putar sehingga mesra. PANDAN CAKE & CUPCAKE

Was looking for something pleasing to the palate and eyes, belek2 resepi skali nampak plak pandan cake yang kaler green pucuk pisang, dan hati terus tertawan. sib baik bahan2 semua ada so the project was on. Two of my nephews were at home coming to visit their atuk and nenek, the yougest one being 4 years old was is really into this baking thingy. He insisted on helping me dumped all the ingredients including the eggs, and to say that his mother is not amused at the mess on his clothes afterwards. Oren Coklat Muffin

Teringat lama tak buat muffin so ader pulak opis mate mintak buatkan orange muffin. Belek2 resepi jumpa lah yang satu resepi nih. Sedap sebab sipi2 ader rasa coklat tuh. 2 cawan tepung serba-guna 30 gram semi-sweet coklat (diparut halus) 2 sudu teh baking powder 1 sudu teh baking soda 1/2 sudu teh garam 6 sudu makan majerin (dilembutkan) 3/4 gula kastor 2 biji telur 1 sudu besar kulit oren (diparut halus) 1/4 cwn jus oren 1/2 cwn buttermilk 1. Satukan tepung, coklat yang diparut, baking powder, baking soda dan garam 2. Pukul marjerin dan gula sehingga kembang. masukkan telur satu per satu.Campurkan parutan kulit oren, jus oren dan buttermilk. Tuankkan adunan ini kedalam campuran tepung. kacau hingga evenly moist sahaja. 3. Sudukan adunan ke dalm acuan muffin atau papercup. Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 200 degree C selama 15 ke 20 minit. Sedap dimakan untuk sarapn dan minum petang atau bila2 rasa nak makan.
